I recommend just typing what you want into the Yahoo Classified pages. http://yp.yahoo.com/ You can limit it by location and type of store. I find this is the best way to find what I am looking for.

Hope this helps.

Create a small catalog of your items; these are doable on software that is easy to use, and you can print out colored pictures. Start small--in your geographic area. Usually smaller shops will take items like this on consignment. Once you have built up a bit of a reputation, you can broaden your reach to larger stores.

I would also try Craigslist for sale (in your area only) and possibly EBay, although that is a BIG commitment in time.

You could also offer your products to a group as a fundraiser--charge less than you normally would and make sure you get credit in writing such as in a program. That get s your name out there. Also try craft fairs--Iknow you want wholesale, but you need to get a solid history with your products so that can market yourself with more confidence.

Sounds great--I would also contact catalog companies that feature native-inspired crafts and ask to be included in them (probably starting with just a few items).

Good luck--sounds like a great idea.
