How do you replace the fuel pump?

Your fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. The tank will have to be removed, replace the pump, and replace the tank.
When you replace the pump, be certain to replace both the sock strainer on the pump, and the fuel filter in the fuel line on the frame.
This is something you most likely will be better off having done, as the tank, if it has fuel in it, is heavy and awkward to handle.
