Try clear liquids, little bits at a time, to stay hydrated. Take chicken broth, apple juice, jello, anything bland and not acidic.
Then add dry things with a low fat content. I like crackers and cheerios for this.
Meanwhile, you can use "emetrol" over the counter, which is a syrup based nausea medicine which is safe to use in pregnancy.
Also, don't forget accu-pressure, press your thumb firmly on the underside of your wrist, or get a friend to do it for you using both thumbs and holding a firm steady pressure there.

I drank Ginger ale (small sips) and that really helped me. Also I started taking my prenatal vitamin in the evening with dinner. I was programmed to take vitamins first thing in the morning and that really made me nauseous. When I started taking them later in the day and with a meal I didn't get any after effects. A lot of maternity stores sell Preggie Pops or small hard candies that you can suck on when you start to feel nauseated. They are sour, but I really liked those too. Good luck and God bless

It should improve in your second trimester (most times it does...). It is the hormones - specifically, the spike in progesterone.
The one thing that helped me was lollipops. Dum Dums, to be specific.
Drink a ton of water - you do not want to get dehydrated. If you cannot keep water down, call your OB.

10 wks here too, but no morning sickness(sorry). Sprite and crackers help. I di have it with my other 2 pregnancies, just got lucky with this one. It could be your prenatal vitamins too. Make sure you eat before you take them!! They always made me sick!
