I like werewolves. They're just so much more interesting then vampires. They're damned, but at the same time sort of a sign of pity. And they're a lot more complex then vampires.

i have to say vampires. i will watch anything about vampires but most vampire movies and shows i don't much like. iv found one i love thats new its called moonlight. i have a huge collection of fictional books on vampires. they are sexy to me. i think the real reason behind my being so interested in vampires is because i was a little kid no more than eight years old when my sister had to read interview with the vampire for her English class. like any other little sister her is interested in exploring things i used to go through stuff in my sisters room allot and go into draws and stuff and read her diary and other things. well she had just finished the book interview with the vampire and still had it out in my reach when she went out with some friends or something. that day i went in snooping about and found that book and began to read it i understood it actually how he was damned in his mind and just didnt know wether he was truely immortal or what and the fact that they isolated themselves for mortals more or else and felt like outcasts i could relate. i sat i dont know how long reading that book on my sisters bed when she came in and i was like half way through it then. my sister though i was just skimming it so she asked me questions about it and i told her about everything i had read in it and had really understood it she was surprised as i guess anyone else would be that an 8 year old could read such a book and understand it but since reading interview with the vampire iv been pretty much obbsessed with stories and movies about vampires

I think the exact opposite of you. I love vampire stuff. Granted I have had my share of great werewolf books, I think vampires are by far the superior species....
Vampires are dark and mysterious. They are often hundreds of years old which makes them complex. The thought of living that long and experience history is a pretty cool idea, but I wouldn't want to live for all eternity, just a few hundred years if I stayed young.
Also, vampires are erotic and the ultimate sex symbol...so they win over werewolves..

I don't know, some versions of vampires are about as comlex as a entity can be and remain merly three dimensional.
I can say, I prefer Werewolf over Vampire, among White Wolf Studios role-playing lines.

Vampires are cat like and as such, women tend to like them more and associate more with them.
Werewolves are obviously dogs and are not as prissy or worried about appearance and that is why men associate more with them.
I myself would prefer to be a werewolf over a vampire. The only thing I don't like about them is they are often portrayed as losing their mind when in the change and unable to control themselves. That is the only advantage a vampire has over the werewolf.

tough one. a vampires bite can be quick, not very painfull and at times sexy(depending on which vampire lore you wish to follow) a werewolf may not be quick(could be long and painfull) but with the full moon thing some would say their safer to be around ?
but becasue of buffy spike and angel ill choose

WW's for sure. My friend is a Vampire and he's miserable. He really wants to do more things during the day, but can't. He says he hates the taste of blood, and everyone wants to kill him....At least WW's don't have to lead that double life but for one full moon a month.

I prefer vampires. I'm a military fiction author and have been influenced heavily by vampires. I even named my elite naval armada "Vampire Fleet". The ships are all black, the carrier planes are black, and the missiles and shells are even black. The sailors wear black uniforms and the fleet insignia is a female vampire.

hmm i dont kno coz vampires have got that whole sucking blood thing going on, and werewolves dog things with the whole full moon thing? i guess there both kinda interesting =)
