I was called into the office this morning by my boss. I was accused of doing something really bad. It was something that if I had done it, then I would have recieved a formal warning. O.K. so I did not do it. It really hurt because I have been working hard and putting in a lot of extra hours. But what hurt more was the fact that my boss even thought that I would do it. Although she has given me the bennefit of the doubt, I feel bad?

do not feel bad. just keep working hard and do not talk to many people because clearly you are working with some low class people. everyday keep a journal of everything you do from the time you clock in till the time you clock out. and another thing in your journal keep track of what others do. always be nice to everyone give them no reason to report you with false claims. lay low

Of course you feel bad, but she may have called you in for protocol. If some one else in the office said that you did this thing, then as a supervisor, she would have to investigate. If she took your word then she probably has more faith in you then the other person. Good Luck!

Yeah I have really bad days about once a fortnight and they just make you feel sick the next morning as you don't want to go back, but just grin and bare it and carry on as normal and you will be fine. This works for me.
