he is getting sentanced nov 28 2007 at the kankakee illinois court house and he has a record of batteries behind him already but he never gets in trouble for his actions because he is rich and he buys off the judges through his expensive lawyer i dont sleep all i think about is getting him back for what he has done to my grandson and this is not healthy for me dcfs did not do there job cause he someway paid the dcfs woker off and i sent a letter to the attorney generals office about the dcfs office here in kankakee ill. who else are we suppose to contact when there are children being beat and the dcfs office dont do there job and i didnt even call them the detective i took my grandson to called them rich or poor the law is the law and iam so so upset that he is probally gonna get away with this can any one help thanks for listening.

He should go to jail if he is beating a kid hell why can't he pick on someone his own size is he just a big wuss? And you are right it shouldn't matter if he has money if he's guilty he's guilty. Hope things work out for you and your grandson

What will his sentence be? Impossible to tell. The DA should be able to tell you what he is asking the judge to impose and what he thinks he will get.
Buying off judges and DCFS workers? Yeah, not likely.
