Hands down I'd rather take my California born wife and live in Florida.

If I could afford it, I would go back to central California (near Vandenberg Air Force Base) and live there. Beautiful place and the weather was a lot nicer than Florida, where it can be very cold in the winter and have terrible humidity in summer.

Florida all the way!!! Of course both states have their perks and their downfalls. In Florida you have to worry about hurricanes but in CA you have earthquakes, mudslides, flooding, etc. Florida has bad traffic but CA has the worst traffic i've ever seen, the weather in CA is probably better suited for those who like it to be the exact same temp all year long, if you like a little variation florida is better for you, and to say it gets cold in florida is a joke. Im from Buffalo, NY so I know cold, and FL is the farthest thing from cold

I was raised on Miami Beach. I now live in California. I prefer Florida, but I wouldn't live on Miami Beach again for anything. Both states have nice areas, but my heart is in Florida.

Neither. But both sound great to visit. I ahjve children and Ca sounds like it is so so so expensive from what I see on TV. Fl could be ok.

I am an avid hunter and oppose gun control. Therefore: Florida.
The only thing gun control would accomplish is the legal gun owners wouldn't have guns but the people who own them illegaly anyway would run rampant without fear of opposition.

No comparison. CA has far superior weather, environment, activities, industry, etc. FL's weather s@!#*s, it's full of old people, gangsters, drug lords, and cuba's rejects.
