I DO live in a country "rife with tyrrany and erosion of personal freedoms." It's called the United States of America. Fortunately, one of the personal freedoms that has not been taken away is the right to vote out the current tyrants and replace them with new tyrants more to our liking. Check back next November for a hands-on example.

You really don't want to fall out of your fantasy land do you? The US is a lovely country to live in for many people - that does not mean the extreme right has not taken over and is taking away your rights step by step, that does not mean you don't have an appaling human rights record internationally, that does not mean that you are not screwing the rest to the planet in the most horrible way so the elite that rules you can get even richer.
Wake up and stop trying to ignore reality.

Those who love America, don't have a choice. We must because this is our country, our home, and we believe in what America stands for. We will not abandon Her, we will inforce our second ammedment right...to bare arms against tyranny and government. Watch out Libs, you're being watched by more than Hellary, Conservatives are looking at you, too. You're in deep "water" if you try and change America from freedom, to contained. Just a light warning.

If I lived "in a country rife with tyranny and erosion of personal freedoms", chances are I wouldn't have a choice in the matter.

Immigration to other Countries from the US is not as easy as it was 10 years ago.
For some odd reason an element of distrust and a falling dollar has eroded the American Corona.

I don't think I want to live in a place that Hugo "Boss" Chavez runs but I know there are a lot of politicians here that honor what he is doing to his people. Scary isn't it?
***Delphi - Would you fight for our freedoms and sacrifice our personal well being? There are masses of people here that do not want the amount of government we have in our personal lives and businesses. Take away the social programs most all libs want to push on us and your side would be a good party worth trying to contend.

Mr John K. I couldn't agree with you more. I have noticed however that the crowd that seemed extremely large two years ago has dwindled a lot. Many of the rants are in fact chasing out those who believe in religion, second amendment, and that the current president isn't really as bad as they painted him. The crowd also attacks within for instance the comedian/political analysis.

They will complain until they are in power and do the same things. It is like homelessness, it is almost never mentioned during a democrat presidency but the day after a republican takes office suddenly his policies made a million of them. I have no use for blind ideologues of either sort but there are far more on the far left than on the other side
