When any cell is place into a hypotonic solution, water will undergo a net movement (osmosis) INTO the cell. The potato cell will swell a little, but the pressure of the membrane against the cell wall of the cell will keep the cell from bursting.

So, they will get a little larger, they will gain mass (of water), but they won't rupture as an animal cell would.
