Well, the john is only paying for sex, not sex and a kid. A pro should take personal responsbility for birth control. If not, she should present a notice stating that a part of the cost includes birth control or that if she gets pregnant that the impregnator will be held liable for birthing and child reering expenses.

Some sort of user agreement should be used! lol
