I am a huge Pats fan, but I respect the quality our opponent this week.

QBs: Manning is an incredible quarterback that on some levels is better than Brady. I give the nod to Brady because of how clutch he is and always has been. IMHO, the #1 requirement for an NFL starting QB is the ablity to perform under the greatest of pressure.

This is the kind of game where there is so much talent of both sides of the ball, there needs to be an X factor. I think thats Brady's "clutchness" over Manning's.

It will be a semi-shootout in the first half (partially due to the improvement of Indy's D), but the Pats will slow it down in the 2nd half and Indy cant do anything about it. Look for NE to have the ball 20+ minutes in the 3rd and 4th quarters, the Pats will come away with another 30+ point game, and the D will hold Manning's crew to 3 TDs.

Final score:
Pats: 44 (they put up 50+ against #1 D last week)
Colts: 34

How many rings does Brady have?

It was Shakespeare who said "so, for the actions of few, must a many suffer." There are a couple knowledgeable Colts fans (2 who posted below), but the rest of you nitwits ruin it for everyone. PACERS SUCK, COLTS SUCK, HOOSIERS SUCK, uhhhh whats the name of your baseball team...oh yeah....if you had one of those, it would suck too. We are going to stop all over your pretty asses on Sunday, your no-name D is gonna finally get exposed. Now, if you'll excuse me Im going to go eat peanuts off of Bob Sander's head.

First of all, the Redskins "overall" defense was ranked 5th, not 1st.
Manning is not a clutch QB? Didn't you watch the AFC Championship game last year? The greatest comeback in "playof history". If that's not clutch, then tell me what is.
He has beaten every team in the NFL, is breaking record after record, and has made comeback, after comeback.
He is unflappable under pressure, and can read a defense better than any QB in the league! Not to mention that, he has beat the Pats three time in a row (in both Indy and Foxboro)
Where do you see Brady"s so-called clutchness?
Was it last year, when he was intercepted by the Colts in the last seconds of the AFC Championship?
You want a final score?
Colts 45
Pats 17

Thanks for being reasonable with your details. You are about the first NE fan I have seen on here that respects that the other side has a bit of talent as well. I disagree about the time of possession. The Colts are better with ball control, unless of course a lot of mistakes are made. Peyton can self-destruct, just like anyone else. He is human. Brady can too. It will certainly be interesting.

It is refreshing to see a question on here that isn't trash talking or insulting the other team.

Don't forget that Washington's defense was on the field a lot more than their offense, so they were worn down rather quickly. Peyton will keep his offense on the field much longer. Washington's offense was horrible.

Yes, the soap opera continues............. Billy is sure pissed at the league.......... up 101 to 0 and going for it on 4th down. If the Colts do not beat the Pats this week they are headed for 19-0.

P.S. I am a Lifelong Colts fan. I am hoping for one of those nail biting, heart in the throat, games that is won by 1 point. Indy on top of course.

peyton manning is probably the greatest QB in the game today (aside from favre), he has the ability to carve up any defense in the league. even though the pats offense is stacked, their D is getting old and slowing down. the colts defense has been stepping up and are possibly underrated. it's going to be a close game between two great teams. i can't give a prediction on the winner but i think it'll be decided by 7 points or less

Well in my opinion I believe the patriots will win but I have the margin of victory at
PATRIOTS 48
Colts 13
everyone knows these are the two best QB's in the league right now and Tom Brady has the better ability to handle pressure. as Peyton Manning makes mistakes when he gets pressured look at the interceptions of both and you can see what I mean. But anyhow it is going to be one of the best games of the year
GOOOOOO PATRIOTS!!!!!!
