I don't see how Canadian could have anything to do with it. You have said he "can't" but not that he "won't".
If it is "can't" then it is quite possible that he has some type of medical condition that has him impotent. Have you discussed it with him? Does he try and fail at making love with you or does he just not try? I would advise to first have him see a doctor to rule out a medical condition and once that is ruled out. The two of you see a family counselor.

Not sure what the Canadian part has to do with it. He's a Man right?! It seems odd that he "can't " make love to you for over a year??? But without more info. to go on, it's really tough to answer that one.

Being Canadian isn't a issue. Is the problem that he cannot get it up if so he may have ED have him see his Dr. If it just because he has no interest I would be concerned that he is getting it elsewhere.
I would not assume he is cheating without proof I would however question if he has problems getting an erection.
Ever thought of trying Viagra?.

being canadian has got nothing to do with it.there is a bigger problem than him not making love , what is causing him not to make love . a year is too much of a long time for a guy to go wtihout sex.

What does being Canadian have to do with it? Something could be wrong medically, he could be stepping out, he could just not be attracted to you, the fires gone out..... Maybe you should try a different approach with you sex life - or may I suggest counseling?
