Talk to your doctor about it, because you dont want to take any extra risks.
I think it could just be the way your sitting to compensate for the baby. With the baby your not able sit sit exactly like you use to sit and muscles burn and hurt when they have to do something new. Mayby a new chair that supports your back at the angle it wants to be at would help.

Your boobs pull down, your belly pulls down, and all that pulling is hard on your upper back, plus, with sitting all day it makes it worse.
Do stretches morning and night, and mid day. Roll your shoulders, stand and stretch you body and arms. Go swimming at a local center if you can- that helps in more ways than one. Do what the others are suggesting, chiropractors are safe durring pregnancy and can help LOADS. so does accupuncture.
Take a tylenol if it helps.
Its normal, my whole back hurt like death all my pregnancy. Worst pain ever.

being pregnant can mess up anything, it's not the same for everyone, i'm sure that has something to do with it, if it feels like a muscular pain(kind of like a soreness), then u might just have to endure the pain for a few more months but it shouldn't have any long term effect. if it's a different type of pain, see a doc

If you have a china town near you get some whiteflower oil. It's works like vicks or aspercreme but contains nothing that will hurt baby and smells better than vicks. It penetrates like crazy and will melt that pain away. I use it for cramps and muscle pains all the time, it works better than any pill! Good luck and congrats on your baby!

Back pain is very common during pregnancy. I would get your significant other to rub it. There are also these prego belts that you can get to help support your belly. It could help with back pain. I would ultimately go to the doctor and see what else can be done safely.

The only thing that worked for me was a change of diet. No deep fried food and next to no sugar. Took less than 30 days and I was "clear". Gradually reintroduced the fried food and sugar but was never bothered with severe acne again.

As a professioal, I suggest a prenatal massage.
Ask the therapist to suggest appropriate stretches for you and the baby.
Hope you feel better!
