If I could I'd change it to something real ethnic like Tamika or Shamica or LaKeisha.
Because walking around life being Rebecca and being black has caused me alot of problems.

In a way...I never use it, only as an initial before my middle name which I go by. My first is named after my dad, so I would never change it legally.

If I was asked this question a few years ago I would have totaly said yes. I recently read a book on numurology and used it to find out what my name means to me. I found out it was perfect for me, and wouldn't change it a bit!

I used to, I have a female's name..but, the older I got the more compliments I got on it kuz its different and because its being used as a males name.

My fisrt name it too common - I feel like such a child of the 80's. I'd love to change it to something that isn't too far off, but is more uniquely me...
But at my age, i figure it's probably too late.

I don't really like my first name but I don't think I'd change it as I'd keep forgetting and using mu original. If I could I'd like to be a Jemima, coz it sounds posh lol....
