I always thought it was encouraged ... because they say, "Easy as taking candy from a baby", as if telling you to do it.
Anyway, babies shouldn't be eating candy, and taking it from them is a good thing to do.

Babies never have candy anymore, so no point in even thinking about taking it. We would just end up with their pacifier - if we got anything. And the screaming would not be worth it.

Me and you can make a partnership. You'll take the candy, and I'll drive the getaway car (some parents are REALLY protective.) But if we see a little kid eating ice cream, I get to shove it in his face and scream "You WILL remember this!" Just for giggles.

Uhh, they can't defend themselves. And giving homeless people candy isn't going to help. They already are broke and homeless and have no insurance, so candy will just rot their teeth.

Hee hee, Real funny but unless you want some kid screaming for hours and throwing a trance or some crazy stressed out mother running you down with an umbrella and a pram screaming after you to give back her kid his candy then go right ahead.

Me too! Just the other day I mugged some stupid babies for their candy and I ate it right in front of them, I didn't even care! And they were all crying, "Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I said to them with a bunch of chocolate all over my face.
Stupid babies, I dare you to have candy in front of me.

becuz a baby is a sweet innocent being and nothing that belongs to them should be taking away from them for a reason like giving the homeless.candy isn't even healthy for them anyway, maybe you should give to the homeless and let people steal candy from you.

First it's not discouraged. You misunderstood the saying.
Secondly, it's like saying "It's very easy".....Third...WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THAT SAYING HAVE TO DO WITH THE HOMELESS???

I guess it's because they're considered defenseless little creatures... But in essence, aren't the cows that we slaughter for food defenseless creatures?!
I will now have stolen baby candy as a side dish with my steaks!!!

I thin some of us are overlooking the fact that they DON'T HAVE TEETH so it's pointless for them to just look at it.
and make sure the homeless recipient is non-diabetic first!
