depends which you choose. if you choose whole milk it will have more fat, which is usally bad if you have it all the time! there is semi, which means most fo the fat is out, and skimmed milk which shouldnt have much fat at all. i think! though milk gives you "strong bones" you should avoid having it all the time, like in milkshakes or ice cream (but i eat ice cream too so whatever!). its not bad that you dont drink milk, i dont really either, only in foods, and with hot chocolate. just like everyone said, get calcium and enough protein + vitamin c and you can pretty much live without it!

Not really bad. A lot of people don't drink milk due to allergies or personal preference. One of them is my husband (he is lactose intolerant).

There are lactose-free milks out there if you're lactose intolerant.

As long as you get your Vitamin D and Calcium from other food sources and supplements, you'll be fine.

Not as long as you are getting sufficient calcium and vitamin D in your diet from other sources. Milk is a good source of a lot of nutrients, but huge sections of the population (especially of asian descent) cannot digest it well, as they have not evolved in cultures where drinking milk is common. And they do all right.

Milk is actually very hard on your digestive system and will cause you to age at a faster rate. You can get calcium from other sources--like broccoli and cabbage. Also, get 15 minutes of sun per day.

Well its not good but its not bad. Milk has many benifits for your body, like clium that strengthens bones. hich is esspecially useful for women. But many people are allergic to lactose, and just take calcium pills. But if you are not allergic, I would recomend that you start to drink more or tak pills that give you the same nutrients.

It COULD be. You need a good source of calcium for building and maintaining bone density and other bodily functions. As long as you have a good source of Calcuim in your daily diet, you will be OK. Check the link, scroll down to Calcium, and you will find many sources.

No, it's not bad. I haven't had a glass of milk (unless it's chocolate) since the 70's.

I make sure that I get plenty of calcium in other forms: yogurt, cheese, broccoli, and suppliments.

it is not bad as long as you are getting plenty of other dairy products throughout the day to make up for the lack of milk. this can include yogurt, cheese etc
