true state of pleasure is not physical stimulation but rather a state of mind. that's why some people still enjoy life and always have the smiley face with them everywhere they go no matter how much life struggles they go through.

The literal meaning is a pleasure so pure that it is the definitive for all forms of pleasure.

For me, it's that moment right before I go to sleep and I feel the warmth of the covers and my husband next to me. It's a very safe feeling.

Not knowing any suffering. True pleasure is possible, but in theory. The limiting factor is time and endurance for such bliss. The highest bliss would be nauseating.
