Hillary? Campaign finance fraud? Is the next series of Clinton scandals already starting?

Before I rant, let me make it clear that I will not support or vote for Hillary.

With that being said, Bill and Hillary are obviously far too smart for the average Republican dirt digger, which is why NONE of the scandals involving either of them have ever gone anywhere.

So no, I sincerely doubt that Hillary will even be charged with a crime.

First, there has to be a credible alegation of wrongdoing. So far, there isn't.

Second, there has to be enough evidence to bring charges. So far, no credible allegation. No evidence of any kind.

Third, it has to be proven in court. So far no convictions, no evidence, no credible allegation.

Fourth, even with a conviction, there is usually only a fine against the campaign. There has to be outright bribery, like George Ryan, Bob Taft, John Rowland, Bob Ney, David Hossein Safavian, Micheal Scanlon, and Randy "Duke" Cunningham for someone to go to jail. Even Sonny Perdue only got a fine for his campaign finance fraud.

I appologize that the list above only includes Republicans. I tried to find a major Democratic politician who committed crimes while in office severe enough to warrent jail time, but evidently there hasn't been any for a long time.

Yeah, right. Just as soon as the repeat felon Peter Paul can get a judge to forget he's not credible and indict her. He's going to need more than a manipulated smear video to accomplish that.

Peter Paul:

*Guilty of conspiracy to defraud the Cuban government to the tune of $8.75 million.

*Guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

*Guilty of federal charges for making false statements to customs inspectors and traveling under a false identity.

*Served eight years in federal prison, then broke parole for the false statement rap and went back to prison for two more years.

She will not, but you better not point these things out too much because she is making a list and checking it twice. You could end up the one in jail for hate speech.

She should. You would think selling political influence to foreign countries is a serious crime! But Bush is still out of jail and still president and he is almost as big a crook and liar as Hillery.

Sure, she will go to jail, right after her husband goes to jail for purgery.

Her defense will probably be something like "Well, that depends on what a 'dollar' is".

She will never go to jail for anything, nor will the other candidates.

Hell no!

The Clintons run the media. They'll be able to bury it so deep, she'll die before they can find any wrong doing on her part. The government legal system is afraid of the Clinton's that's why they keep getting away with everything they do.
