i would say yes although i have not heard of any lately my kids love trick or treating but as they get older i would have a party and have a contest for best costume

People have parties for any occasion, but most Halloween Parties are prior to Halloween and the rest happened last night. So if you are planning for next year have fun!

I don't understand your question. Do you mean having a Halloween themed party for a birthday that comes after Halloween? If so, I wouldn't.

I was born on halloween but I don't have those parties any more. We still have halloween and brthday decorations round the house though to make it special.

Yep! went to one last weekend! They had a haloween theme decorations, table cloths and plates ect. They had apple bobbing which the kids loved getting wet! Hit the witch, where they are blindfolded and they have to hit the stuffed witch and kncok sweets out of her.... and of course the kids are in fancy dress!!
