Lita is best as a defiant, fiery face. Trish is best as a determined, indifferent heel

Who is better is really subjective. If you like the hardcore, lucha libre/high-flying style, go with Lita. The Litacarana and Swing Snap DDT, Litasault are all go moves. The Twist of Fate is really Matt's Her ring attire is very edgy and not to everyone's taste. Good with trash talk but not so good at insulting the fans.

If you instead like the martial art/brawling sort of fighting, go with Trish. Her clothing is more "safe". The Stratusfaction, StratusFear and the Chick Kick are unique moves. The MaTrish serios of moves are also different. Nice names of her moves and a good phrase "Stratusfaction Garanteed".

Overall, I think Trish is better in one-on-one fights and Lita is best in fights with multiple combatants and in hardcore bouts. Not that I think you will see them wrestling anytime soon, if ever, apart from old shows and DVD's.

lita and trish both look good as face....

lita was really good when she was with the hardyz...after she went heel...fans started hating her...i liked her moves when she was with the hardyz

trish is the best ever....i love her face and heel but she looks better face
