It's OK. It is quite expensive for the area it is in. There is nothing (besides the college) in Geneseo. You are a good half an hour or more from Rochester.
The price looked high for the number of square feet and don't forget to factor in the ~$8000-9000 per year of property taxes that will be on it. Yes, 8 or 9 grand per year for that area of New York, maybe even more!

Sure, it looks nice, but for all I know the state pen is located next door.
