You didn't mention condition or a mintmark so according to redbook they start at $20 in good condition and can go as high as $8500 for MS63 (perfect). Redbook tends to be a bit high sometimes.

It depends on the grade. In grade good value is around $19 but in grade fine it is $40 and in grade extra fine $165. Grade good Liberty on shield worn off but date and legends legible, fine Liberty complete but partly week, extra fine complete liberty and edges of scroll very sharp and clear. Clasp clear.

It depends on the condition of the coin and the mint mark.. The values range from $22 in Good condition to $1800 in Almost Uncirculated condition. I would take it to a dealer who can examine it and ask him/her what they would pay for it (whole sale value vs. retail values listed above).

That is an interesting coin to have. The arrows and rays were used to indicated a reduction on the weight of the coin from 6.68 grams to 6.22 grams.

In grade good about $17.50 then going up the grading scale to fine $25 and the up to extra fine $100. The values are about what a dealer would pay. Grade good liberty on shield worn off but date and legends legible, fine- Liberty weak but complete, extra fine-complete liberty and strong and edges of scroll complete.

I hope she didn't chuck her quarter because you were talking about a standing liberty quarter...
