I have all the pieces but they won't clip back...

If youre sure nothing chipped of, just walk by your local computer store... If they are serious about themselves, they won't charge you anything for such a simple action.. ( i wouldn't charge for something like this)
That way, if something is broken, they can spot it and suggest a solution

If they arent popping back in they mightve been cracked
just get onto Dell customer support - they are good and quick with their customer care: sent me out a new Charger by UPS - took all of 30 hours to get to me. I was impressed. Keys should be a cinch.
