The dimensions for the outfield is a minimum, but there are no standard dimensions out there which is why they can talk about a short right field wall, etc.

Baselines are set to a MLB standard of 90 foot and from 1st to the outfield fence it must be 230 feet to be a total of 320 feet and from 3rd base to the fence it must be the same 230 feet and the whole field altogether must be 320 feet so the minimum is
320 FEET
