Yes, it is very easy, it plugs into your valve cover and has a rubber hose on the other end, takes 2 minutes. Also you don't fix it you replace it.

The design is such that they cannot be opened up and fixed. They are a cheap, disposable part.
I guess a guy could try soaking it in kerosene or other solvent to dissolve the crud inside, but why bother when you can get a new one for probably $5.

You don't fix the valve you replace it, since it is a weight that will lose it's ability to hold vacuum as it gets worn.
PCV = positive crankcase ventilation..
Some cars are a sob to replace this on , like the 3.1l chevy 6 cyl 90deg FWD motor..

yes buy the new part look on the top of the engine for something that looks the same unplug it and put the new one back on it has a rubber tube or hose that it plugs into it
the auto parts store will show it to you

No. However, it is not that bad of a job, so learn what you need to do, then do it. Go to an auto parts place, and if you buy the part, then they will be glad to show you how to replace it. Without the information then you can't change it.

there's no fixing to it, all you do is pull the old one out and replace it with a new one, anybody can do it.
