I drive buy her every morning at 7:00. I can't believe the school would allow a young lady to wait alone on a street corner that’s a used car lot, open field, and a busy hwy. I can only guess how may predators drive by this pretty much defenseless girl everyday. What can I do to protect her?

I agree it's a really bad place for her to wait. Too bad her parents don't do anything about it, because they could if they wanted to. I don't know anything you could do since you are not related to her. You could call the school district and maybe report your concerns to them, but I can't say they would act if the parents themselves aren't complaining. Such a shame.

Well, the school may not know that she is waiting alone, if you know the school that she would be attending, you could call them and let them know. Though, I do not believe it is the school's responsiblity to police this but, the parents responsiblility. I can't believe her parents think this is okay.

Like I said, about all you can do is call the school and make sure they are aware of the situation.

The most you can do is contact her school, or maybe the local police. Don't approach her yourself, it could get you in trouble if you do.

Hopefully the girl has enough sense not to talk to/get in the car with strangers. Still, I wouldn't let my 12 year old daughter (if i had one anyway) do this.

She's old enough that she knows not to go with strangers. You don't know anything about the girl or the family. For all you know she has taken self defense classes. She's not on the highway hitch hiking. You also don't know where this girl lives. She could be within eye sight of home.... There are just way too many things that you don't know. Just leave her be

DO NOT APPROACH HER. Contact her school and they will contact her parents sorting out of the problem.

Hope this is helpfull.
