Why is it that I see more questions on here about Michael Jackson being a pedophile, a cosmetic surgery addict, a "wacko" and so many other things? Why can't people just accept him as a genius in the musical industry?

I agree, i mean if only people understood that he didn't make himself white, and even if he did, it doesn't change the fact that he has a great talent.

The thing is with Michael Jackson- he *is* a genius in the music industry- probably the most talented and entertaining performer ever to have lived- but people *cant* just focus on that and not other aspects of his life because *he* doesn't let them......i cant name the amount of songs and music videos where he has either commented on his private life himself, parodied it or paralleled it, consciously. He created a monster sadly. He invited people in and used the media for his own gain- he cant have it both ways.

Ppl just don't understand.Talent has nothing to do with the persons's personality,the choices they make,the plastic surgeries they have done and whatever they do.For example I am not a fan of Elton John but I like his voice and songs.Many ppl don't like him cause he's gay but this doesn't make me to dislike him or change my opinion on him.He is really talented and that's it.Don't judge a person who is talented by the things he does or what his beliefs are.

because all of the things that he has done has made the focus change from his music to his life. he is no longer the "genius" people say he once was and has put out no music is years that anyone would actually want to listen to. As far as focusing on his plastic surgery, how can you not? even if he did have "vitiligo" (not sure of spelling) it only changes your skin, not the shape of your nose, your chin, you mouth, your lips. He has turned HIMSELF into a monster. And even if the pedophile charges against him were bogus, why would he continually put himself in that position. Does he have even 1 friend who is not on his payroll, and over the age of 18?

I agree. He is a genius, even though that documentary made me and my family raise eyebrows, and I'm sure the viewing audience speculated as well. O_o
Other than that, his music bees GOOD!

I really don't know! It's ridiculous! I mean, all they are are haters, and they wish that they could even come close to MJ...They just think that it is cool to make fun of him. I think that they are just stupid!! It does not make your life ANY BETTER making fun of people...especially the greatest man living...MICHAEL JACKSON!!!
