Mountain

Mountain Time Zone which is -7:00 GMT.
In other words, if New York (Eastern) is 8:00 and Chicago (Central) is 7:00 Denver (Mountain) would be 6:00 and San Francisco (Pacific) is 5:00.
The reason nobody seems to know about the Mountain Time Zone is they never mention it on TV. Listings seem to always be, "Catch our new show at eight o'clock Eastern, seven Central and Pacific." I'm sure this has something to do with population since roughly 50% of Americans (in the lower 48) live in the Eastern Time Zone, 30% in Central, 15% Pacific and only 5% in Mountain.
During the Salt Lake Olympics I triple-dog-dared Bob Costas to give event times using Mountain Time, and he told me point blank, "Nobody even knows Mountain Time exists."
