Never been there, but yes IJselmuiden is a town, near Kampen which is close to Zwolle, in the Netherlands.
Maybe IJsselmuiden isn't known to everybody or maybe
even Kampen will not ring all bells, but Zwolle defenitely will.

Yes! if you mean 'Ijsselmuiden'.
Small town approx. 62 miles (road) East of Amsterdam, and approx. 47 miles North of Arnhem.

Do you mean IJMUIDEN, if so, that is a coastal town in Noord Holland
