Easiest would be hydrogen-1 (protium), deuterium, and tritium. Try to find dry beans of three different colors and glue them to poster board. For H-1, put one color bean in the center for the proton, draw a circle around it with a markers, and glue a different color bean for the electron. For deuterium and tritium, do the same thing, but glue one bean of the third color next to the proton as the neutron, and glue two beans of the third color next to the proton for two neutrons.
