E= 13.6(1/9-1/100)= 13.6((100-9)/900)= 13.6*91/900=1.375eV
in Joules 1 eV=13.6-10^-19J
1.375*1.6*10^-19=2.2*10^-19J =Delta E

frequency f==E/h =2.2*10^-19/6.62*10^-34=3.322*10^14 Hz
