Interesting that you asked about ethnicity and most people answered in terms of race. There IS a difference. If you truly meant race, than caucasian is correct.

If you meant ethnicity, as in a term which represents social groups with a shared history, sense of identity, geography and cultural roots which may occur despite racial difference, that will take a bit more research. P.S. Jim Jones was a mass murderer. The difference between mass murderer and serial killer is the time spread between murders. Serial killers kill in a sequence; mass murderers all at once.

What I find interesting is the fact that whites take the most despicable behavior that is mostly committed in their racial group and assign "high I.Q." to it in order to somehow excuse it. They glorify this embarrassing behavior through a system created to "measure" intelligence that was also created by white men. Fascinating. Those who create the rules get to justify their behavior and glorify themselves at the same time, while forgetting the inauthenticity of their "reality." Hence the idea that only smart white men are able to become serial killers--the elite celebrity criminals.

White males of an age range in their 30 and 40s (like myself..... :) are the group from which the majority of the world's serial killers have emerged, esp. those of renown and almost cult celebrity status like Bundy, Gacy, Gein et. al. As in number of killers or ratio of victims per killer? In the news recently, there have been a few serial killers who have victims in the hundreds (Russian), but as far as serial killers in other countries, that I am not sure of, as what consititutes a 'serial' killer? Someone like Gacy, who killed over 30 boys individually, or Specht who killed nurses in a dorm, or do you also count someone like Jim Jones who had his over 900 followers drink cyanide laced koolaid in the late '70's.
