why did the character prue really get fired from the charmed series

Shannon quit charmed after it came to boiling point with her and alyssa milano. After the season 3 finale where its left at prue and piper dead (or what it seems) Shannon announced that she was going to leave the show! Her and alyssa could not stand to be in the same room anymore. Shannon was getting jealous of Alyssa's story lines and her wardrobe and in the end it was mutually agreed that shannon would leave!

A bad case of diva-itis. She's been thrown off every show she's ever been on, including the one where all she did was host - on SciFi - Scare Tactics. They probably let her say she quit, but it's more like that mutual thing, ya know?
