Yes, they should be deported. It defeats the purpose of having laws. They have committed crimes--by coming here illegally.

Deportation is not instantaneous, and those who face it do stay in America until deportation procedings have been successfully completed. It's not deport first, ask questions later.
I think those facing deportation proceedings should be kept in custody, though, as thier lack of documentation makes it far to easy for them to 'disapear.'

No. Illegal is illegal, what is so difficult to understand about that?
You say if they have not commited any crimes while living here.
Just by them being here they have broken the law. People ignore that fact sometimes.

No, they should be deported as quickly as possible. If several hundreds of thousands are returned immediately maybe the message will get out--it is a waste of time, risk and effort to enter the US illegally. Also very unfair to those who enter legally on the 965,000. annual quota.

They commited a crime when they crossed the border illegally. If they get caught, they go back. That's the law.

Hutto maintainers will strongly propose.
They cheat 6-10 thousand dollars taxes per
month and person (babies too) - FOR CRYING
OUT LOUD - I would host undocumented immigrants
for that money anytime with kiss hand and cherry on top.
Basta de la tortura. Damn.
Not to mention what you could achieve with ~10 billions
per month to strengthen democracy and infrastructure
in Mexico and give them more reasons to stay there.
(simplified but not invalid)
