You will need to gain Grade C in both Maths and Langauge at GCSE regardless of other grades/subjects. Also you will need A levels or similar for University entry. Make sure that you take subjects appropriate to Primary/Secondary curriculum at University as a degree in Astronomy is not a lot of use. You could either do a degree then a PGCE or a teaching degree. Make sure the subjects you do at University level are appropriate. I have a friend with an Art Degree who speaks fluent French but cannot teach Primary as she cannot get a training place with out GCSE Maths (something she has repeatedly failed). I have a friend with GCSE Maths and Langauge with the required grades but an unsuitable degree.
Schools favour canditates for teaching positions who can offer Music, Sport, IT or a language. This might help you in your choice.

Same.
To be a primary teacher you need to go to university. you can either do a primay education degree (3 or 4 years) or a degree in a core subjec (Maths, english etc.) the do a PGCE (post graduate certificate of education) after that. Either way you'll be qualified
and to get into uni for the primary degree most of them want between 180 - 240 UCAS points, (youll get 240 for getting 3 Cs at A-level)
They also like you to have a core subject at A-Level, (Maths, English Science)
and you need to have experience in working in a primary school too.

The subject you want to teach plus 2 others. I suggest English and either Maths or Psychology or one of the other sciences.

I would get a broad range, if possible at A Level - go for English, or have at least one science subject, or a national curriculum one.
You need a degree and a PGCE.
Good luck!

You need to graduate first and you should do well in all of your subjects. If you want to teach in a high school you should do particularly well in the subject that you want to teach.
Good luck.

None. There are ways to get a degree and a PGCE without passing any GCSE's or alevels.
