Why you get so sleepy and almost drop and hit the pillows and the mind does not close down?
0500 FInally last time I looked at the clock.....up at 0630...short night.

To much on your mind. Try this it works for me...
I lay there thinking I could fly like a bird, I imagine I take off and fly all over the place

Basically you need to come up with something you enjoy or would like to do and turn your mind to that subject every night.

go for a brisk short walk after dinner each night.
It helps to erase the crap from your brain and gets the stimulants out of your system.
That happens to me frequently when I am unable to get out because of weather. I have my Exercycle now.
Being over tired is a bummer.
Eat a light dinner tonight and make up for the lost sleep.

I hate that! I have insomnia and it's never because the body isn't exhausted. It's all mental. The only thing that shuts my mind down is Ambien or Xanax...or both LOL!

You took in too much caffeine. Your mind will not stop racing if you drank a lot of coffee.
