alright it seems to be the hottest guys nowadays are those who seem pretty controversial. i know at my school a lot of girls swoon over johnny depp from pirates of the caribbean or the members of green day... there are a lot more famous people who do this but i don't wanna make a list. wouldn't you think they are gay? or have issues?

Unless the guy is a rock star or celeb, normal average looking guys are just not as accepted.

I highly doubt Johnny Depp wears eyeliner out of his pirate role. Green Day's performers have that look for stage, band appearances and photo shoots, probably not normal day to day living, but I could be wrong.
I don't know many guys who wear eyeliner but some pull it off because they are lighthearted people who change their look often and are creative with it. Others just look like they have no style of their own and copy whatever they think would make them look cool and "current". It can be kinda pathetic! The guys I know in real life who often wear makeup are indeed gay, but I'd never judge someone just by looking at them.

Its like a trend now. Emos used to wear em. Now green day jumped on to the wagon. I was disappointed green day did that.
Its not my thing. But there is nothing wrong with it.
If everyone looked the same. We'd get tired of looking at each other.

It looks ok on some people, but somewhat gay on others.
I just depends really.
It could be a statement they are trying to make --- that they are comforable with their sexuality.
