USA is definitely the worst. I have more respect for a "terrorist" that speaks the truth, than a government-regulated mainstream media that preaches lies all day long. Bush and Cheney have lied so much, I don't see how anyone can take them seriously anymore. They are like the little boys that cried, "wolf".

Forced discipline off course, propaganda at least gives you the choice of not believing in it; it only affects weak minds but then again that is the majority so that's how you control a democracy.

Right now, its a tough call, I would have to say Iran because of the religious arrogance of their spokespeople. With the USA, I believe the next election will bring a new hope for the future.

I don't know "witch" one is worse. I do, however, know "which" one is better. I prefer the US's form of government to that of Iran's. Use whatever descriptive noun you want to create an intellectually dishonest question. You're alone on this one.
