BAD IDEA!!!

Your battery is 12 volts DC. The 120 volt supply is AC. With luck, you'll only ruin your battery. But you might ruin the voltage regulator (expensive?), the sensors (more expensive), and the computer (very expensive). If you damage the electronics in your transmission also, (very, VERY expensive) you'll probably be looking at a new truck, as the cost to repair all of this would probably be more than the truck is worth.

Go find a neighbor with jumper cables.

it will act as a dead short & trip the breaker or blow a fuse on the 120 power supply.
and possibly completly trash the electronics on your truck before it trips.

DO NOT DO THIS ! ! ! You will be injured if you try this as the battery will explode and battery acid will go everywhere along with the plastic battery case in pieces!! VERY DANGERIOUS ! ! ! !

Wow! Don't ask your new boss this question. Hopefully your new job doesn't require a brain.
