I'm very angry right at this moment. How can I get in a better mood?

Rosie, first think of that little bundle of joy you love so very much. Then count your blessings. I'll bet you have more than whoever made you so angry. Next move around, work, dance, go for a walk or jog, exercise, anything that takes the energy out of you. Anger needs energy to continue. Use it up physically. When you have done this go have some bacon and eggs, girlfriend. You have earned them. Not only that but I'll bet by the time you have read that sentence you have smiled... even laughed. Somebody knows and loves ya!

If you are old enough to drive, go somewhere far away. Go to a peace full place away from all of your anger, and relax for a little bit until you calm down. If you can not drive go to your room close your door, read, draw, sleep, think, and take it easy for a little while. It might take a few days for you to really calm down, but just relax, and think about the reason you are mad, and talk to someone who will understand you, a friend, a sister/brother, a parent, a grandparent etc. Just remember that those are the people who will be there for you no matter what! Good Luck, hope you feel better!

Find something constructive to do with your anger. Look at anger as an energy. If you let the energy build up and sit inside you, it will burn you up inside. So, you need to find an outlet for that energy. Something like taking a walk, calling a close friend or loved one, venting, constructively explaining how you feel to the person/persons who you are angry with (Use "I" statements... "I feel angry when you...), all these things can be helpful. I often ask questions in Y!A about what I'm mad about, and that helps to get a different perspective on the situation. Try different things, and find out which works best for you.

Breath and think positive, put on your favorite song and sing along. Don't let someone else ruin your day. This is your life make the choice to be happy just think how many people out there have NOTHING. Think of the mothers who gave birth today and their babies died you have nothing really to be angry about in comparison do you? Think happy thoughts...

because your not being true to yourself, and you deserve better.
I would suggest a therapist, your anger could be years and years of suppressed anger..
imagine anger as lava... a little in your body.. but eventually it gets so full, your blood starts to boil, and you decide you won't take anymore...and it bursts out your mouth.. (and it's not good for your health to be angry all the time)
but, it's still better than being passive and letting it eat you away...
but for now... you need to do something to pamper yourself, don't do anything self destructive. do something healthy, give your self a facial, get your hair done, or your nails..
take a deep breath.... and relax...
go for a walk, take in the beautiful fall season..

Think of the funniest thing you've seen lately, Like yesterday I was walking to my car and this guy walked over a bunch of wet leaves in the car park!

He looked so stupid (mean I know) but his arms were flapping every where I honestly thought it looked like something out of a cartoon!

Hilarious - Im still laughing now but I guess you had to be there!!

Flic x x

You consider the source and you realize that who made you mad isn't worth your energy anyway and that you have many other people who love you twice as much! You have to get rid of toxic people in your life sister they just aren't good for you. let me guess - it was a guy?

Do something that will take your mind off of being mad. Like gong for a jog or go get something to eat. it really depends what you're ma at.

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and tell yourself it's not worth the stress and aggravation...
