GOOD one! R&P has been kinda bland lately....
Rush- Garden Road. (original tune they used to play live VERY early on. Before anyone knew them. Shoulda put it on their debut. It ROCKS..& hard!)

"De (That's All Right) Lilah" by Flogging Molly. Covering Tom Jones and Elvis at the same time with an Irish twist is just plain fun. It's on a live album, so I suppose that counts as a non-studio album. I could think of something from a comp, but this is the first thing that popped in my head.

Nice twist to the question.
Neil Finn is by far my favorite artist EVER. He is the front man for Crowded House who just released a new studio album after being apart for a decade. ANYWAY
Spirit of the Stairs. One of the best songs I ever heard Neil do and it is on no studio albums that he or Crowded House or Split Enz has released.
Can't wait to see the other answers! Awesome question!

"August and Everything After" by the Counting Crows. It's about 8 minutes long and beautiful and like a story. The funny thing is, that title is also the title of their first album, but the song can not be found anywhere on the album -- or on any of their other albums! I think that makes it even more special though.

Don't Let Me Down Again ~ Fleetwood Mac {live}
But, it was on the original Buckingham Nicks LP... so...
Forest of the Black Roses ~ Stevie Nicks {bootleg demo}
I Need to Know ~ Stevie Nicks {live shows only}
Gold and Braid ~ Stevie Nicks {studio bootleg ~ live version is available on her boxed set}
Edit :~
If I remember correctly, GN'R's 'Shadow of Your Love' was only put out as a b-side. Does that count?
Pictures in the Dark ~ Mike Oldfield {single & 2006 comp}
Mistake ~ Mike Oldfield {single & 1985 comp}
Up the Pool ~ Jethro Tull {1972 comp album, & live 2005}

"Can't Keep Away from the Flame" by Def Leppard is the first one that comes to mind, but I know I'm fogetting about some great stuff somewhere. It was a Japanese B-side from the Slang album.
NP: "The KKK Took My Baby Away" - The Ramones
***I knew I'd think of more... GN'R's cover of "Dead Flowers" is just f'n brilliant. Also, Ace Frehley has a fabulous little rock song called "Sister" that always pust a smile on my face.

Cool question. There is this one song by Garbage called Trip My Wire that for some reason was left off all their studio albums. Haven't a clue why, I think it's one of their best. How they failed to include it on the recent Best Of collection Absolute Garbage is a mystery for the ages.

One of Pavement's B-Sides is somewhere in my top 5 favorites of their's in general. Harness Your Hopes is a really awesome tune.
They actually had a bunch of great B-sides, Wanna Mess You Around, No Tan Lines, Greenlander, Winner of the... is actually my favorite Kannenburg tune.
Also, if I remember correctly We Can Work It Out and Paperback Writer aren't on any Beatles full lengths that aren't comps.

If the key is "studio" album - Then I will nominate Do you Feel Like we do off Frampton Comes Alive - by Peter Frampton. If not then the best I can do was Prince's rendition of Best of Me at the Super Bowl!
