you start counting on the 1st day of your last period. i suggest that you count your pregnancy in weeks. you are 6wks pregnant, or 1.5 month preg.

My last period was September 17th. I am 6 weeks pregnant according to my ultrasound done yesterday.

Assuming the 18th of Sept. your ovulation would be about 19 days later (for a 5 day period)
Again assuming you got impregnated on ovulation day, that would be about Oct 6. Today, is Nov 1.
So your are 3 and one half weeks pregnant.

You are technically about 7 weeks pregnant since it's dated from your last period, but until you reach about 12 weeks most people just use weeks instead of months.

Have you taken a test, or gone to the doctor as of yet to confirm that you are. If so then your not very far along yet.
That would make you a little over 1 month pregnant. Congratulations!!

The time is counted from the start of your last period, so...this past Tuesday was 6 weeks.

Possibly one full month by this point... when was the last time you had sex. A doctor will be able to tell you accurately how many weeks you are, but I would not say over one month.

If you were not pregnant before 9/18, the doctor's going to count it as six weeks.
