lately my life's been really really stressful...and i just need to get away from everything...i wanna let go of this stress....

Like you are inhaling toxins, especially Menthol cigarettes. They leave a disgusting aftertaste in your mouth also. If you want to get rid of stress, try exercising , not smoking. I have a treadmill to run on and a heavybag that I like to hit when I am stressed.

Listen bad kitty, It is a horrible habit, and yes I do. I wish I had the will power to quit, but I don't. I've cut back to 7 cigs a day but I know that's even to much. As for it being a stress reliever that's just bunk. Yes, I grab one when I'm stressed, but it really doesn't help. I make sure I don't smoke around little ones though. And in my own house, only the kitchen with my stove hood on. If it's nice out only outside. I hate the smell. How's that coming from a smoker. It's like any other drug, it's very addictive.

Don't be a bad kitty and take up smoking. I just quit 4 months ago after 30 yrs. Save your money and buy several new dresses each month..or some of that gourmet catfood...BUT NOT CIGARETTES. Now be a good kitty and take a nap.

It feels like you're inhaling smoke that's 140 degrees, it feels like you're burning the inside of your lungs and it makes your throat feel raw and your voice changes after a few years of smoking...

It makes you lightheaded and you'll have difficulty taking stairs. It makes your breath stink, your teeth turn yellow and your hands will have the stench of burnt nicotine.

The only reason people say it relieves stress is because they're addicted to the nicotine and a nicotine fit is worse then a heroin jones.

Please don't smoke.

Don't smoke it's to hard to stop and costs too much money. Just adds to the stress.

I'm a smoker and I wouldn't recommend anyone ever take the nasty habit up. It is a stress reliever, tho.

It feels good and relaxing, but you better not start smoking. It's not that relaxing, its more relaxing after you get used to it, so starting it to relax has no point.
I think you'd better do other stuff, I wouldn't have started smoking if I were you.

If you're stressed, take up running or kick-boxing or indoor rock-climbing.

Don't take up smoking. It feels like you're burning tissue (i.e. lung and throat tissue).

Smoking is nasty and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. If you have never smoked i do not suggest you even think about starting.
