I have the disk for XP, but cannot find the download at HP for the LaserJet 4600DN

"but cannot find the download at HP" really means "You don't know how to use HP's website". We all found the info in seconds, because we READ the links posted there and clicked on "Software & Driver Downloads".
Go here and then choose your OS:
