He isn't at the same level as you. He's not stupid, but he doesn't think like you would. It would be a complete waste of time & turn into NOTHING GOOD. I definitely believe that focusing on your schoolwork will help to keep you focused. Who knows? You may spot a cutie your age :-> I mean I'm 18 & I've dated ppl two years younger twice. However, I do not think that 10 & 13 are nearly compatible compared to 14 & 16 or 16 & 18. I even have had problems with the 2 yr age gap at times. Think about it like this: he's not even as far n2 puberty as u r. He will catch up later, and you may wonder, why aren't I growing anymore? For now, leave the kids and be a teen. You will face tons of pressure as a teen, so don't create problems for yourself now. You don't want to rush and do things you will regret. Just develop yourself as an individual. The rest will wait for later, and then it'll be even better than it would have been.

yes. more then likely when the girl grows up she will want younger boys. not only that but 13 year old girls shouldn't be "making out" any ways that would make me think did some one sexually abuse you as a child? and the 10 year old boy would most likely have issues or try and "make out" with some one in his school. then you would have the police and DCF involved its not that great of a situation trust me I know because a 15 yr old made out with me when i was 10 and that is only a 2yr difference from what you are talking about. if you are the 13 year old talk to a school social worker if you are the parent have your child be seen talk to them about it find out what is going on. I mean it may just be a 3 year difference but look at the ages if it were the other way if it were a 13yr old boy with a 10 year old girl people would jump on that right away. At the least have her wait at least 5 yrs but defanitly talk to her or if its you talk to your mom or dad or someone at school ok. I hope my advice helped have a good day.

I guess I'm getting old... I don't understand today's children's obsession with "making out". At that age there are a million other things that should be occupying your time and minds. And if this was written by the 13 year old I don't think you are even eligible for participation in this answer page forum..
And if you are a 13 year old female corrupting a 10 year old child, I shutter to think which prison you will be living at in a few years. Talk to someone and learn what your behavior can lead to and the problems you will face later. You should be very ashamed to even think about putting this in written form.

Umm, maybe not.
When most people get married, there a couple of years a part, and if the boy is 10, fixing to be 11 and the girl just turned 13, there only 2 years apart.

it depends on a number of factors. In a theoretical case boys those age are not interesting in things like this, they say they are, but their not. If they do it it's only curiosity and not that they all of a sudden have the urge to make out with someone.
now back to those factors... each person matures differently, both psychologically and biologically. I met ppl that although they really are 14-15 years of age look like 10. Also i've met ppl that are 10 but behave like an adult.
Now judging from u're question u are actually the one that want to make out with him..:).

You knew the answer already before you asked that question.
What do YOU think? Does it feel right? I bet it did not. Then don't.
You should learn to wait. A 10-year old with a 13 y.o.? wow. He probably had the bragging rights with his friends. What did you gain? Nothing. Hope you asked him to use protection (condom).
Enter preach mode:
Chalk this up for experience. Never, never do this again until you are past your teens. Why? Life will be a huge mess if you get pregnant. You will be ruined in many ways.

Yes it's wrong, young lady it would be better for you to leave him alone before it goes further. If it does you could be charged in most states with child molestation. He is a little boy and your a teenager at least in age. Mind wise I highly doubt it since your judgment seems to be that of a 10 year old. Normal people don't mess with little kids. Do you or your friend know how much trouble let alone trauma can be caused to this little boy.

Yes, he's a child. You're a child too.
I can understand if a 13 y/o girl wants to make out with a guy just to know whats all the fuss about, but with a 10 y/o ?? No.

It's wrong for a 13 yr old to be making out with anybody. You're not ready for the responsibilities of things like that. And you doing that just shows you need 24/7 supervision by adults.
