I had a laporoscopy on Friday(they cauterized my endometreosis)I've only used the restoom twice since then

This is a little gross, but both times there was a lot of blood. Not in my stool, but just from straining. Any thoughts, I'm a little sore from it all??

The soreness when you try to strain to have a BM is because the insides are very tender from the work that was done. If they did any work on the bowel when they found the endo that bleeding could be as a result of the area trying to heal but I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to see what they say. And also ask if it's ok to take Colace to help soften up the stool a bit while the bowel tries to wake up (which can also be affected by the anesthetics given such as the pain meds used to keep the pain to a minimum while you are asleep).
