Let me tell you something different:
Most states have their time and the time shown in the clock is the same throughout the state. If the state is very large, like Russia, they split it in time zones, so, the sun sets aroun17:30, now-a -days. But, there is a large country, China, that has time of China! in this country, sun sets now around 17:00 in the East and past 20:00 in the West!

Here in Singapore, the time for sunset its about 6:30pm to 7pm. For today, the sunset timing here is 6:42pm. (12:42pm in your side in Athens,Greece.)
