A keygen is a program by itself.

It is possible that when you run it it can execute any code in the background, so the answer is YES.

You should always scan these things with an antivirus!

Keygan?You mean activation code..Hmm you can't get hack if someone gives you the code for your photoshop..don't worry..I hope this information helps!

Yes its possible but sometimes your anti-virus will complain, not because the keygen is really a virus, but because some software companies had paid them to mark certain parts of the keygen's code as virus.

Yes, manufacturer's have been known to post Keygens to do exactly that.

Want to be safe, buy the program.
