Gong Li is a very well-known actor (actress) from China. She made many films in China with directors Zhang Yi-mou and Chen Kai-ge. I would prefer Gong Li to Selma Hayek, since I could communicate just as easily with her in Mandarin - but I prefer Zhang Zi-yi (she's the actor in Rush Hour) over both.

i select salma hayek, gong li is still new, she is good actress though and very pretty yet hot, but salma hayek have been a legend men, no body compare her!!

err, look the same?? One is Chinese the other is mexican? There's a big difference right there! Both are nice in their on way.
