Actually there are some areas in the U.S. that are treating "sagging" as indecent exposure...so people can be arrested and/or fined.

There is no law. They can not arrest for any reasons. Some area do have own rule, but not law. There is no way to arrest them.

Yeah n some states that passed that law.But n Detroit it ain't happening.

i think some places have rules againts that but i really dont think they can do anything to you if it aint againts the "rules" just check your local rules and regulations and what not
